TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the terms and conditions on which I, Jose of Womb to World provide services to you.
By booking with Womb to World, you are fully agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By booking a course you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the course that you have booked is suitable for your requirements

  • I can offer advice but accept no liability in the event that the content does not meet your requirements.

  • All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • All bookings must be made at least 48 hours of commencement/start of the course.

  • Womb to World reserve the right to alter the course venue, dates and time but will endeavour to give adequate notice.

  • All Courses are charged on a 'per baby/parent' basis, with a maximum of two parents/caregivers per baby.

  • If you have twins both parents need to attend, and the course price will be the same as a singleton family. If you have triplets you will need to bring a third person/caregiver. In this case discounted rates are available. 

  • To maintain a relaxing & tranquil atmosphere for you and your baby, all cell phones are to be silenced or turned off upon arrival. Cell phone use is not permitted once the session has started, except in an emergency.

  • Womb to World may take photographs and/or video’s during sessions and other activities for publication on our website and for marketing purposes. Permission will be asked at the time. By agreeing when asked you are granting Womb to World the right to use the photo’s and or video’s for general purposes in relation to Womb to World.

  • Photographs of your baby will never be taken without your permission. Photographs of your baby while naked during the massage will always be censored before publishing unless parental/guardian permission is given.

  • Services rendered cannot be refunded.

GENERAL TERMS

I understand that sometimes baby’s operate on their own schedule If you think you may be more than 15 minutes late, please let me know as soon as possible. No refunds will be given for times/days missed.

LATE POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All courses booked with Womb to World are paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • Womb to World reserves the right to cancel a course for any reason, at any time.

  • In the event of cancellation made by Womb to World, alternative dates will be offered where available, or a full refund given.

  • In the event that you change your mind after purchasing a course, no refund shall be offered.

  • If you are unable to attend sessions no refund is given. On the discretion of Womb to World you may be offered an alternative catch up date if possible.

  • I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds. Alternative dates will be offered where available, however this cannot be guaranteed. 

  • If due to circumstance three or more consecutive sessions are missed, with notice given, I shall endeavor to offer alternative dates to complete the course. But this is on Womb to Worlds discretion and availability of alternative dates.

  • If three or more consecutive appointments are missed without notice, no alternative dates shall be offered. Any remaining dates in the course will be forfeited without a refund.

CANCELLATION DUE TO SICKNESS

If you or baby are sick or if you or someone in your household tests positive for covid and you are unable to attend, please let me know before the session starts.  I will try to find an alternative date. If alternative dates are not available unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds on any of my services
